Senior Executive Assistant
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Willing to take full responsibility to complete work assigned on time with good quality
- Acting as PM for all projects
- Interface with other teams, both marketing and engineering teams.
- Perform marketing related jobs
- Gain knowledge of engineering practice and procedure
- Prepare work by gathering, sorting, organizing, and recording data, information, and documents.
- Ability to prepare/write business plan or related documents to present to VCs
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- A master’s degree is a must, with at least 5 years executive assistant working experiences
- Mandarin speaking is preferred, with excellent English communication and writing skill
- Must be self-motivated
- Business analytics or engineering background is a plus
- Must be very organized
